We have used this product for years and find it to be about the best thing for spots created for pet urine. We like that it leaves no soapy residue and does an excellent job getting spots out of our light carpet. Recently we used it in our Bissell carpet cleaning machine. We followed the directions on the packaging and we were very pleased. The Concentrate worked more effectively than the Bissell carpet shampoo. The improvement was noticeable, and there is no soapy residue.
I call this the "eraser for my carpet". I have 2 teenage boys and 2 indoor cats and I have not found anything this product won't "erase". I love it and have used it for years. It also does not attract dirt like some cleaners do, even if I don't vacuum after it is dry.
